Good Morning,
It wasn’t till after Saint Patrick’s Day that I started writing this Wit Twister, so it’s almost a week late. But fun anyway, I hope.
These puzzles are similar to the ones The New York Times runs every Saturday. The missing words are anagrams of the same letters; the number of underlined spaces indicates the number of missing letters.
_ _ _ _ are for _ _ _ _ not to walrus or eel
But only to humans – of that there’s no doubt.
Yet an old Guinness ad shows a slippery _ _ _ _
Who is running away with a cold pint of stout!
Scroll down for the answer to Wit Twister #19: “Growing Pains.”
Thanks,
Stuart

“At home my son’s an utter hellion
While outside he gets HEAPS of praise.”
“That’s just old-fashioned teen rebellion;
He’ll soon SHAPE up; it’s just a PHASE.”
