Puzzle not generating larger grids

I keep trying to change the logic puzzle grid to 4x4 and up, but it keeps producing 3x3. It has only been doing that for a couple of days. Anybody else having this problem?

I was having trouble with that, too. I switched it to some smaller grids, started those puzzles, and then backed out, and it went back to normal.
