Are these knuckleheads actually online when they're pulling this crap? Bottymcbotface just played like 230 games in about 2 hours and is gunking up the 4 x 4 boards............I've already alerted the admin to delete his account and expect by later this morning he'll be long gone. However, I do think they do some slight damage by skewing the board selections for the other players, i.e. they take out all the high scoring boards for a while..............agreed, it's probably some acne-prone punk looking for attention so I don't want to spend too much time feeding the troll........

Look, let me address any of the cheaters on this site.
First, what you're doing is easy. A talented grade-schooler could do it. A pimply high schooler could, and has. You're not proving you're a good programmer. I'm a good programmer, or at least I was. I wrote EVERYTHING and I sold it and I made millions doing it. FACT. I wrote word processors, compilers, floating-point packages, system utilities, database managers, b-tree utilities, programs to predict the stock market (yes, they worked), patched operating systems, wrote programs in assembler, machine language, and in binary, and hundreds of more things. I knew Bill Gates before his first million, Steve Wozniak, Paul Allen. I was coding before microcomputers had any kind of disk storage, I forced the stock exchanges to change how they did business by writing programs to find incorrectly-priced stock options and cashing in on their mistakes -- required only solving integral equations in real time, 10,000 times per second on a desktop computer (they said it was impossible on a mainframe). And there are people better than me now. Much better. YOU'RE NOT. You're snot-nosed kids who will get themselves into real trouble and wonder what happened. Want to know how bad it could get? Look up "Captain Crunch", the hacker. That's not a life path I would follow.

Trying to blame the site administrator for not doing enough to stop you is flat stupid. There's no reason to cheat like that in the first place. Want to see if your bot works? Play without creating a sign-on. None of your scores will count. So you WANTED your scores to count. You WANTED to make a mess. Why? Because you're infantile, because you need to be spanked, and because you're nowhere near as good as you think you are. When you've done a tenth of what I've done, come present your credentials again.

I don't really think that the "site" (being good people), should have to throw money at a problem created by bad people.

Umm, the site generates ad revenue, why not use some of this for normal site maintenance and preventative measures like cheat detection. I hate cheaters, they should not be able to get on the leader boards and take slots away from legitimate players.

It would also be easy for others to not cheat, or whatever they think that it is that they are doing. It's just plain mean. Could anyone enlighten us a. why you would bother doing it, and b. whether you think you became a bad minded and hearted because of your genetics/upbringing/personal circumstances.

score 720,000 points doing it,

while averaging over a 1,000 points,

while setting 688 highest score records?

Allowing 15 seconds for turnover on each game, it would only take a bit under 26 hours to do 690 games.
