How is the score computed?

You can get the puzzle number after you have solved the puzzle, by going to "Recent Games" at the top of the page. But as far as I know, you cannot then call up that puzzle to solve it again. I have, very rarely, encountered a puzzle I have solved previously, but the intervals are so long I doubt it gives me any advantage.
