Saw a puzzle - 26 clues, 66% success rate, avg time 1240 seconds - record 89 seconds!!!! If the answers to each clue were 3 letters that is still less than 1 second per letter. I had to try - 1017 - so close.

I did one a while back that had a record time of two seconds. I’d like to see how that happened lol -
I think the record time on the great majority of these puzzles is BS. If you happen to know the exact quote ahead of time, it would typically take you longer just to type in in. Must be some AI assisted apps at play out there...Comment

This is how I feel about the winning scores every month.
I once tried to maximize my monthly score. Did 10-20 puzzles a day, every day, for a whole month. Solved 'em all.
The 3rd place score that month was 10x my score. Haven't bothered trying to max out my score since. No way am I going to do 100-200 puzzles a day every day just to get the top score on a puzzle website. I got other stuff I gotta do.Comment
