Puzzle doesn't work

i've tried various combinations for this puzzle. as far as i know, i've tried all possible, but it still doesn't work out.

if there isn't an appropriate answer, then what do i do? if there is one, could someone please help me?

also, i don't see how to reference a puzzle, but they are obviously numbered in order to keep stats on them. is there a way to name a puzzle? name, number, etc.

thanks for that. i'm really good at these, and when one popped up that i couldn't do, i refused to accept that i couldn't figure it out.

I suspect that you were consistently adding together two numbers wrong and the sum happened to be a duplicate. In that case it shows you it is a duplicate but not that it is an invalid sum so you quit on that entry. I was bit by that a few times before I caught what I was doing and what it was showing and started double checking the dupes.
