  • Solution not unique?

At puzzle #8225 i came up with this solution

The problem is the solution is not taken as right until i change the position of the 2 tents marked with red arrows. I can't find something wrong with the way i solved it at first, however the solution of each puzzle is supposed to be unique. I do something wrong here or it just happens with some puzzles?

    Hi Specialist -

Every tent must be associated with its own unique tree. The solution you're giving in the screenshot above has two tents associated with one tree (top row, 4th column). It also leaves one tree without its own unique tent (either top row, 8th col or 2nd row, 9th col). Moving the tents as you show with your arrows fixes both of those problems and therefore solves the puzzle.

In a future update I hope to have a mechanism in place yet that will visually alert to this sort of problem.

      Hi admin,

Thank you very much for responding that fast! I see that I hadn't realize that every tree should be associated with it's own unique tent! Now it makes sense switching the position of those 2 tents. Keep up the good work guys, I really love what you do! Thanks again!
