    Recent Games issues

I am seeing two things I am confused about on the Recent Games tab.
    1. I noticed that I am randomly seeing some games that show as incomplete even though I thought I completed them. Is anyone else seeing this? Ideas on what could be causing it?
    2. When I retry a game from the Recent Games tab, it looks like the timer includes not only the time I had the game open before (expected), but also the time the game was paused. Is this intentional?
    Grateful for any insight. Thanks!

I had never used the Recent Games tab before. While experimenting with it, I did notice that Recent Games lists a Conspiracy puzzle as incomplete if I went to the page with the Start button on it even if I did not click the Start Puzzle choice.

I'm not sure about the questions on the timer, but I think it is doing exactly what you say it is doing.

I suggest the Help or the Contact Us tab at the bottom of the chat thread here if you continue having problems.

This site has no pause button. You can save your puzzle, but that does not pause it. The timer always keeps running. No, I don't think anyone actually likes this feature. We just deal with it.

The conspiracy puzzles, since they have no options for settings to choose from, create a puzzle with what feels like one fewer page between puzzles. If you are looking at the results of one puzzle and click New Puzzle - you are making a puzzle. There is no page between these, like for logic puzzles, etc. If you push the Play tab on the top, you have also created a puzzle.

I've gotten in the habit of clicking on the scores tabs when I want to stop playing between puzzles, so I don't accidently start a new game.

grimmgiraffe That makes sense. I will click on the scores tab when I want to stop playing. Thanks!
