Well I'm stumped, but it does remind me of the way the doofus in the pick-up truck was driving through town the other day. He changed lanes 2 or 3 time each block -- without signaling, of course.

Hyashi, does each dash represent a missing letter or can it also represent a space between words? I'd need more information in order to tackle this one.
