Is this a cryptogram? How do I solve?!

I can’t figure out this riddle!

I this is the only clue I have:
A25=Z
5R=M
Now I am trying to find out what letters these represent with that info;
C3-H1-4R-M14-E7

The answer is 5 letters and I can’t figure it out?! Can u help?

The answer is final. A25 means start at A, go 25 letters forward. 5R, because it is written number then letter is M, start at R go back 5. etc.
