Hi everyone -
Unfortunately as many of you may have guessed, we've been having some serious technical problems over the past 36 hours. The long and short of it is that our hard drive experienced a massive failure, and our database backups were not sufficient to restore all site statistics.
This means everyone will have to re-register a new account and, unfortunately, start from scratch on the hall of fame, monthly competitions, etc. There is a slight, SLIGHT, change I may be able to restore these stats sometime over the next few weeks (I'm experimenting with a data recovery specialist) but at this point I would say the chances of that succeeding are below 1-2%.
I've done what I can so far to get the site up and running, and playable, though there may still be bugs as I'm having to do this for about a dozen sites this weekend, all of which were shut down by this hardware failure.
If you have any questions please feel free to post them here - my email (admin-at-cryptograms.org) may not be working for the next several hours, I still have to reset the email server as well.
My deepest apologies for this... this has truly been a horrible experience, the single worst data loss in my career. I hope you are able to resume play as normally as possible, and I'll do whatever I can to help ease the transition.
