Nearly Impossible Cryptogram

So I was playing cryptograms and stumbled upon this nearly impossible 6 word quote by Ethel Merman!! It pretty much had never been done and took way too long to do. I had to go through a great extent to solve this such as scrolling through pages and pages of her quotes, realizing that this quote was about Cole Porter (she had written many quotes about him), replacing the first two words with his name and plugging the letters into quipquip to get the start of the quote, and finally finishing it by googling the start of the quote to get the solution.

Maybe I'm just bad at these but I have a feeling that this would even stump some of the best solvers on this site!

Thanks, watermelondestroyer! I haven't had this one yet, but if I see Ethel Merman and this short one, I have a chance now. (But it probably won't help after a week or so.) Proper names are killers, and short ones are, and there are no easily identifiable words. Again, thanks!
