According to the faq page:

Am I really the only one who has seen numerous quotes numerous times?

As far as never getting the same quote twice. I do not know how many quotes are cataloged, but I've done almost 35,000 since the site crashed, last February. I certainly would have expected the same one at least twice in that period.

It is nonsense that u won't get the same quote twice. Like Maradnu, I've had the same quote twice in about 15 minutes. It does wonders for your solving times, but feels sort of like cheating, even though the whole thing is beyond your control.

I get repeats all the time. Thankfully they put new quotes in, or it would get boring after a while!

have gotten several repeats today only. tried logging out and logging back in-seemed to help. Sadly I'm not solving them any faster the second time b/c I'm expecting something new!
