(down at the) "Spanish Moon" - by Little Feat

Spanish Moon is one of my favorite songs from Little Feat's "Waiting for Columbus" live album. The Tower of Power horns are utilized fully, Lowell George's singing/songwriting is at its best. It's about (for those who may not be familiar with Little Feat), a rough bar called The Spanish Moon ..."well I stepped inside, and stood by the door, while a dark eyed girl sang and played the guitar. There were hookers, and hustlers; they filled up the room. I heard about this place they call the Spanish Moon."

Okay, sticking with Little Feat... "Why don't it do like the way that it talk?"
