Im not sure if you can help me but i am (with a group of geocachers) trying to decipher a code we are sure it is one time pad but as i’m sure you are aware there are many versions and styles
The information we have so far are
(we think) the key = natasha red (which would give us) nat sh red assuming you can only use each letter once
the numbers =75185 64290 65308 65248 51774 65097 20522 65095 24393 84154 92485 12247 93457 89532 43383 85278
the words =proceed operation zarya remember true stalin not withstandIng the last shall be first comrade
the numbers and words both contain the same amount of characters (not including spaces
