    Constant badgering to upgrade

I get that upgrading really helps the site, but the giant pop-up after I finish a game or have to fix a mistake is getting annoying. I cannot click anything else until I click an option for this popup. I complete a puzzle fairly quickly, so I find myself having to close an advertisement constantly. I think the badgering does more harm than good.

Is this a paid advertisement, or something your computer is bugging you to do? If it's an ad, take a screenshot and email it to Admin. It helps if you tell him where you are. Different states, or even counties, get different ads.

What browser and operating system are you using? (1) You shouldn't see that ad after *every* puzzle and (2) even if you do see it, the ad shouldn't interfere with anything else on the page.

I'm using Chrome with Windows 7, hope that helps. I did discover I can click other things, but I have to scroll down first, not sure why?

Puffer, if the adds are persistant, consider dowloading the Chrome extension AdBlock Plus. It will keep you from seeing adds, not just on this site but other sites you visit as well!

Can you try clearing your cookies? A cookie should be set each time you see the ad that will then make it not appear for a certain amount of time. If you keep seeing it on every solve page, my best guess is that you may have a corrupt cookie on your system.

I do have adblock plus, but I disable it for certain websites. I will try clearing my cookies and see if that helps!

                Deleting cookies fixed it!

I also get the message after every single cryptogram, but deleting cookies didn't fix it. I have Chrome with Windows 7, too. At first I found the popup extremely annoying, but by now I've gotten used to it... Though it would be nice if I didn't have to see it a hundred times a day.
