SO the game devs on this game i play like to hint at the coming big updates with riddles and cryptography i've mostly solved the riddles nothing of value was in them just references to other pirates and a new island that we know will be released evetually

The game is pirate themed so keep that in mind

    So in this post there were underlined letters R U J Y A W E E U J O G
    and a dial S P H with a 3 in it

Here is the text from the post if it has anything i didnt catch

    Ahoy there!

There is widespread unrest in the Caribbean. That much is clear. Your actions have been very troubling to us. You see… you have been prying into matters that do not concern you, sailing in waters that hold secrets you couldn’t even begin to fathom. Our company is unknown to you -- for now. However, if you continue making noise as you have in the past, we will not hesitate to intervene.

Aligning yourself with Jack Sparrow and his crew of delinquents is not a decision you should take lightly. His crimes are numerous and his demeanor is unsavory. Following in his wake will only cause problems for you and your friends. Keep that in mind as you continue forward.

Unfortunately, Jack is but one of many thorns in our side. For now, rather than involving ourselves, we have decided to keep you busy through other means. After all, tensions are high in the Caribbean. Many pirates feel like they are Ceasar. All you need is a little... push.

Plankwalker, my guess is that the dial provides a key to decoding, and that what you have is not a straight cryptogram. I think you'd have to know what the dial means to get started. Like, maybe it means that the jumble of letters should sort out to 3 words, starting with S, P, and H? (Just a wild guess, really.)
