Admin, please fix the bug

Hi,
Since October 2020 there's been a bug which messes up the success rate.
Today, for example, it shows for someone Solved: 9/1 and Success Rate 900%.

Could you. please, fix this?

This issue should now be fixed across all sites. We have also permanently retired the "Percent Solved" competition.
