I pay for NO ADS and I keep having FLASHING ADS during all play

I pay for NO ADS and there are flashing ads that won't go away. Have sent email asking to stop ads because I PAY FOR NO ADS and I get no response. Anyone else having this problem? With this and hacking issue I'm ready to quit. They just billed my for 3 months for NO ADS.

From what I understand, you pay for not having any ads. At least it was that way when Drop Quotes started out.
