This is the second time I have encountered the same issue. The last one was in May, so thankfully, it hasn't happened too regularly. I had this puzzle filled about one third of the way, go to check for errors, and the entire board erases. I was able to hit the back arrow button (top tray), and that set the puzzle back to the beginning of the game. I knew it would not allow me to submit the puzzle, so it counted as a loss. PLEASE FIX!! -
You could have gone back and go to the puzzle where it says you didn't solve it - click on it and solve it.Comment

I wish it was that simple of a fix, darleneve, but, it jumped screen when I clicked to check that so far my solution was correct. I actually used the back button to go back to the previous page and that is when it counted as a loss. Either way, it wouldn't let me solve it. My only other choices were to check for errors, and to submit. I emailed Stephen and he has been working on it...hasn't been able to get it to happen for him.Comment
