I think there's a wonky ad causing problems?

Lately when I play wordtwist, the screen will often freeze after I hit "play" and a new board appears. I've been trying to observe what makes it happen, and the only thing I can see is that it might be related to ads. Whenever it occurs, the banner ad does not appear - just an empty grey box where I'd expect the ad to be. If I get an ad, all is well.

Whatever the problem is, I hope it gets fixed soon. Is anyone else having a similar experience?

I have seen several freezes that you have to wait for -- the screen won't let you move anything. It's frustrating to say the least.

My default browser is Safari - I've been using Firefox instead and that helps, I think.
