Does anyone know where to report a faulty puzzle?

Upon trying to complete a logic puzzle, I've found that it is faulty. One of the options has no correct option, all 7 possibilities in every category can be X'd out and using fault checker, it will tell you that the puzzle is correct. Does anyone know where I can go to report this?

Adding to this - I've just X'd out every option for every square on the grid and error checked - apparently there's nothing wrong...
