Issue with cryptograms

I cannot login crytograms. It tells me the details are incorrect but they work on other sites.
Is there anyone having the same issue?

Me too! I tried resetting my password and guess what, it still doesn't work.

I even set up the password remember feature but when I tried again I still couldn't log in. So angry
