logic puzzle randomly restarts and erases my work

Does anyone know what would cause my logic puzzle to reset and start all over? As far as I can tell, i happens randomly. I hate having to start all over.

I've had something like that happen to me. I'm solving a puzzle and try to submit it and an ad appears and I can't hold off and get diverted to the ad's page, erasing my work. It really pisses you off, epecially as I've sent all I have to admin and nothing gets fixed.
