Ads over the puzzle

Lately I've expanded my Wordtwist obsession to include the occasional jigsaw puzzle - and just as is the case there, ads are sometimes obscuring the board. Here is a screen shot.

Please please please decrease the sizes of your 8 million adds!

This has happened to me a couple of times too. The ads go back to the correct size if you save the puzzle, close it, and then reopen it. Hope a fix comes soon

EDIT: Was playing today and this glitch came up again. Saving and exiting did not work as it did before. Noticed that the ad was also big on the home screen as well.

I agree. The ads are annoying. I probably will abandon Puzzle Baron after July. I have found, after some observation, that each ad clears itself out if you don't touch it. The trick is to position the puzzle frame low on the screen as you continue fitting in pieces. Today, I did the same. An ad clears out -- and is immediately replaced by the next one. In succession.

Our ad manager has been informed of this issue - we were having it last week on a different site, and now it appears to have popped up here as well. I have asked them to remove this advertiser ASAP.

There is a large ad over the puzzle. It pops up several times during play, and I don't know how to get rid of it..There does not seem to be an X to close it.

I am having the same problem with the ads over the puzzle pieces. I don't have the screenshot as I was trying to locate the help to send this to you. This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 2 weeks. You are going to have to move the ads to the side. It is always in the top right. I thought you would have fixed it by now.

Please please move the ads. It is getting so bad I can't do the puzzles anymore. The most recent was a Kroger ad, but there are many.

Once again, the ads are incorrectly sized and blocking the puzzles. Here's the one that I just had and it stayed on the same ad for at least a minute.

The problem seems to be that the ad software is showing the wrong size of ad.

On the main page you can see that there are two sizes of ads, banner and square (in this case they're the same ad, for Sephora):

Yet even on this page, I saw a square ad where the banner ad should be:

It appears that the banner is being fed square sized ads instead of banner sized ads.

Could you please tell your ad management people to fix this? It's a major problem on the Jigsaw puzzles because you can't move puzzle pieces that are near the ad!

I don't know how to do a screen shot on my laptop ( I don't do the puzzles on my phone) but it is different ads, not just one.
