Wrong clues

Has anyone found a case where a clue was just flat wrong? I've run into it a time or two, but today's was the worst. If you've seen it, is there anyplace to report it?

The puzzle about juggling props says that one of the jugglers used "bowling pins". Clearly it should be juggling clubs instead, a very different type of item.

I just found one that says this;

9. The person who finished seventh got the right answer for 2 Down. (Nope)
16. The solver who finished seventh got the right answer for 11 Down. (Right)

I think the backstory asks who got it wrong, not right. That should answer your question.
