You are correct. Clue #5 is redundant to Clue #10. It was probably meant to cancel out 1 feeder with one of the types (ball or basket).Comment

It definitely appears unsolvable to me.
There are exactly two solutions that fit all the clues. The person making the puzzle needs to give an additional clue if they want to make this puzzle solvable.Comment
