Volume 3 Puzzle 150 Custom Cakes

Hi all, I am having an issue solving the puzzle in the title. I have solved all of the puzzles in the book, including the one about reactors with the typo, except for this one. I cannot help but feel there is a missing clue somewhere.

I previously tried to fill some values to get myself unstuck. I managed to get a solution, but it does not match the answers at the back of the book.

Did anyone else get stuck on this puzzle?

Yeah, I managed to solve the Oyster Bar puzzle. I do not remember anything of note about it.

I managed to solve this one (without any guesswork). But it took me over three hours. I did get the same result answers at the back of the book.
