I've added some code now that will dynamically resize the single-pixel width lines to match your zoom levels anywhere between 66% and 250% zoom. Please let me know if this improves things for you.

That's clever. Both zooming in and out work well on Firefox 116.0.3 (64-bit) for Linux Mint 20.2.

Stephen, thank you for figuring this out and fixing it! Grid lines stay consistent on my screen at all zoom levels now. I use Firefox on a 2011 MacBook. Much appreciated!
