Can someone smarter than me find the problem in my solution?

I am... allergic today, but having thoroughly cross-examined my solution with each clue, I can't find the one that discredits my solution, and submitting the answer bounces it back to me. Clearly I am missing something. What?
(Uhh, spoilers for frog ownership puzzle? I dunno how to go about this)

Your bottom grid doesn't match the right grid on the top row. The solution only needs the top row to be correct, so it doesn't care, but it does mean you have inconsistencies in your answers.

For example, you have matched Beverly with April and Cane Toad, but you have also matched April with Horned Toad.

the problem is that the last clue says the cane toad is either maxine's or beverly's, but you have it matched with hope. also, i think the fact that your grid is inconsistent actually doesn't matter because it only checks the top part of the grid anyways. not 100% sure though
