scores and difficulty

I noticed in the jigsaw puzzles that everyone doing a certain puzzle has access to the same comments field, so when people post their scores, you may be looking at a score of someone who did a 12 piece puzzle next to someone who did a 96 piece puzzle. I'm wondering if the same is true for Numbergrids. If I look at a score somebody posted in the comments (assuming it's true), did that person complete the puzzle at the same difficulty level I just did?

Unlike with the jigsaw puzzles, the size and difficulty are built into these puzzles, so any scores you see will be from someone who played with the same settings.
