Problem with One of the Puzzles

Hello,

I believe that this puzzle does not have a unique solution. It seems that I filled out the whole puzzle correctly and yet it claims that I incorrectly marked one of the spots. Am I missing something here?

The stars in the dark red and light blue areas are touching each other diagonally, so this cannot be a valid solution.
