It wasn't really a goal, honestly-- just something that I never thought would happen.
For the first time in years of playing, I outscored the honorable 2xysters in a 4x4.
I mean-- I usually see that name on my screen, and say to myself: "Oh look, you're in a hitting contest and the guy in front of you is Shohei Ohtani... good luck, little whiffer!" And then laugh knowingly when my score is 70 points lower.
Already I'm imagining that during the course of this particular game, 2xysters' cell rang and this time they simply could not turn down that extended-warranty offer, and also realized they'd gone to grade school with the call center contact and my what a lot of catching up to do!
Whatever happened though-- I'll take it. Drinks for everyone on me today! Double for 2xysters!
