Here's an example video of a 336 word game I just got. Wordtwist [5x5] - 2,008 pts, 336 wds
The key is noticing words around the words you find with the same sequences. It helps to know hooks and extensions of words also. Eventually you notice whole groups of words and having typed them thousands of times it gets easier and quicker via muscle memory. And you can even be looking for others while typing a group of words. The video will show more than I can say.
