After I poached tautog in a tomato, star anise, lemon nage; I reduced the nage a bit and whisked in a couple pats of butter to make a NAGE sauce for the fish. I told my wife that she was eating a sauce whose name doesn't exist. Here is a screen shot of page one on culinary nage. I then looked at the next eight pages for nage. There seems to be more "hits" for nage than for many words accepted in this game. Yeah, I know that I wouldn't ask again, but that was a darn tasty nage last night.
