      A meteorite had knocked a large hole in the ship. The ship had not previously detected this because the meteorite had neatly knocked out that part of the ship's processing equipment which was supposed to detect if the ship had been hit by a meteorite. a line i love! from douglas adams' Mostly Harmless

                        What about a college student who makes extra money being a test subject for REM research? If the President's always on the job, isn't he on the job in his sleep? What about firemen who respond to alarms, don their gear in 60 seconds, and rush to extinguish a blaze? Are they on the job?
