        It's not unusual at all for someone who is a master in one area to be quite good in many others, often surprisingly so. Skill and ability have a lot to do with focus, concentration, attitude and application - plus the enjoyment of the challenge. I can easily imagine the scenario!

                I think he's talking about the difference between being able to do something quickly and efficiently and rushing through it in a sloppy manner. Speed and "have" are not necessarily the same thing.

                    Abra - Yes that was a repeat (http://www.cryptograms.org/forum/sho...&postcount=358), but it's certainly not the first. I think there have been about a half dozen repeats so far.

                    You are the first person in this thread to even mention repeats, and for that the proofreader in me salutes you. (I always have to remind myself that I may be the only person around for miles who cares a whit about this sort of thing.)

While you are on any page within this thread, click "Search this thread" at the top of the first comment on the page, and enter a key word or phrase. Results will show you any possible duplicates.

                            there a so many lisas in my life, direct neighbor, former dance teacher, the shorted version of a favorite actress - ( if you didn't guess Cleopatra with the violet eyes and eight husbands), i do like the name, it means oath of god, lily flower, devoted to god.

                            you don't teach Bharatnatyam, have violet eyes or live in Connecticut do you?
