How many record times?

It's been so long since I've seen the little plane fly. It used to happen at least occasionally. I know I've gotten slower, but I also think the records must get harder and harder to beat as time goes on. Not only do I not set records anymore, but I don't come across any puzzles that I'm the record holder on. Do you think there's any way to find out how many puzzles a player currently holds the record on?

The only way I know to find out if someone still has a record is to resolve the quote they set the record on. I've set 15-20 records, but I have never solved a puzzle where I was the record holder. So when I set one, I just assume the glory is temporary.

Me too. But I do remember one record I had that I thought would be hard to beat -- it was a hard quote that I happened to know something about beforehand. I wish I'd get that one again!
