Normally adding an s finishes a 16 letter word. Tried and tried to enter fractionalizings but it wouldn't score. Typed it half a dozen times, carefully checking my spelling but...

Is it a countable word or am I lost in brain fog?

I'm guessing you typed it right. Adding S after -ING here can be a hit-or-miss thing.

I just found ALCOHOLOPHOBIACS, which was accepted, after trying ALCOHOLOPHOBIA and ALCOHOLOPHOBIAS, which weren't. Didn't have time to try it in the singular.
Then I clicked on ALCOHOLOPHOBIACS in the list to get to the dictionary entry, only to be told the word didn't exist on lexic.us, but ALCOHOLOPHOBIA does.
