Just an update - our ad management company has escalated our complaint and I hope to have resolution soon. In the meantime I've bumped everyone who's posted to this thread to premium (ad free) status free of charge for 1 week to fix the problem for you immediately. are they forcing us to go Ad free? I could tolerate the puzzle jumping around, but now with blocking the view of a third of the letters it is impossible to continue playing.
Maybe it is time for me to give up this puzzle.
