  • Simplicity in character, in manners, in style; in all things the supreme excellence is simplicity. "

    Well! That was simple!

    Not.

    . . sounds just a tad bit simplistic for me . . . 83 seconds

    That's too complicated

There seems to have been a time in the 1800's when "simplicity" was a concept tied closely to morality.

Why don't sharks bit lawyers when they go swimming? Professional courtesy.

What do you call ten million lawyers buried head-down up to their waists on the bottom of the ocean? A good start.

What is the difference between a dead snake in the road and a dead lawyer in the road? The snake has skid marks in front of it.

Does me mean that, knowing he is an attorney, he knows he deserves it, or that he is loath to speak ill, knowing he might be an attorney?

        IvyChilde on 2015-07-15 05:27:46
Why do they bury lawyers 12 feet under? Because deep down, they're really nice people.

If a wolf came to my door, I'd kind of hope that it actually is the "wolf of insignificance." Not much of a howl, probably has bad teeth, lame legs. I'd give him a doggie treat, a pat on the head, and send him on his way.
