This guy and his wife Mary raised 12 children! On top of that, he was largely responsible for inspiring all those people jogging through the streets in running shorts and headbands in the late 1970s.

Myself I prefer a loose fitting water pitcher. Wearing a mason jar correctly is just too much pressure.

There's another crypto on here, that I had earlier today, that uses a different verb for quit. I tried every combination I could think of, and had to give up. Couldn't be sinners either, as the s has already been used. Getting this one kind of infuriated me, actually.

If winners are the people who find success in their lives, however they define success, then a winner may quit many times as the person recognizes that the current path isn't going in the right direction after also. I suppose it also matters how you define quitting. It may not be quitting if you quit using this plan because it isn't working and move on to that plan in hopes it will work better? And if your plan is to prove that the world is flat it won't matter how long you persist or how many methods you seek, failure is inevitable.

A friend told me once that her boyfriend, having left the house and walked to work before her, left a trail of pennies knowing that she wouldn't be able to make it down the sidewalk without stooping to pick up every one of them. I think of that story every time I don't bother to pick up a penny on the ground.

That is such a bizarre story. Why would her boyfriend want to make her late for work like that? I hope there is more backstory to that, because on the face of it, it sounds rather mean-spirited.

Is that a poet in your pocket or are you just happy to have some alone time?

one of my hobbies is reading obituaries (i know) over the past 15 to 20 years they have gotten more descriptive and much longer than in previous years it seems that ordinary people with few accomplishments are being elevated in their importance no one it seems is ever average.or led a mundane life a recent one concerned a woman who read tea leaves and people's aura through crystals and led them through past life regeneration.her obit was two full columns and half of a third. she had four ex-husbands

Badbob, I think I read the same obit. If I remember right, she died due to unforeseen circumstances.

How are people solving these in 14 seconds? Do they see it a second time and know the answer? I am pretty good at cryptograms and even my quickest cant some of these record times that are less than 10 -15 seconds.. How is that possible?

Maybe they live closer to the edge? They can probably see all kinds of things that the rest of us can't see.

I saw a woman in a restaurant. She was sitting with her friends, and I with my friends and my wife. The woman's smile was so beautiful, the memory of her is still very present some three years later, though I never spoke to her.
